Our foundation
Taracell AG, formerly R. Meiers Söhne AG, was founded in 1898 as Bienen Meier. Since 1950, the company has specialised in the development and process-controlled production of technical moulded parts and transport packaging made of polystyrene, polyethylene and polypropylene foam. Today, Taracell AG supplies manufacturers and production companies in a wide range of industries worldwide.
