Ich durfte schon schnell Verantwortung übernehmen und selbst Entscheidungen treffen. Das schätze ich sehr. Bei uns im Team herrscht immer eine gute Stimmung 💪.
Wenn du einen Tag lang CEO sein könntest,
was würdest du machen?
Ich würde mit einer Taracell-Fussballmannschaft den ganzen Tag lang Turniere gegen andere Firmen spielen. Vieleicht würde ich mir von jedem Mitarbeiter einen Kuchen backen lassen 😉.
Warum hast du dich für Taracell als Lehrbetrieb entschieden?
Mir war es wichtig einen kurzen Arbeitsweg zu haben. Bei Taracell hatte ich die Möglichkeit, in einem technischen Unternehmen eine fundierte Ausbildung mit Zukunft zu erhalten. Was sich jetzt auch bewährt hat. Nach meiner Lehre kann ich nun definitiv bei Taracell arbeiten ✌.
