Accordingly, we apply the concepts of ‘responsibility’ and 'sustainability’ in our daily work so that we diligently make every effort to leave our children and our children’s children a world worth living in.
In practice, this means that we always look at the big picture and take action with sustainable solutions wherever it really makes sense.
For our employees
With a modern and ergonomic infrastructure, we support the well-being of our employees. We invest in the training and continuing education of our employees, actively working with them to counteract the shortage of skilled professionals in our sector.
For our company and our environment
We invest in more efficient and environmentally friendly machinery and materials to keep our sites up to date. Sustainable development and production are important to us, which is why we are constantly on the lookout for more ecological raw materials and integrate them into our processes where possible. With the obtained ISO 14001 certification, we take a stand on this and fulfil a recognised quality standard.
For our customers and our suppliers
We are proud of the Swiss quality of our services and want to ensure that we maintain this standard in the future. Our processes are therefore certified ISO 9001 and maintained at the cutting edge by means of a fully-embraced continuous improvement process, CIP. We undertake to comply with ethical and legal principles when cooperating with employees, suppliers and customers and behave in accordance with our quality policy. In this way, our partners can rest assured that we are in no way guilty of price fixing, corruption, child labour, etc.
CO2 footprint
We have set ourselves the goal of sustainably improving our CO2 footprint. By using sustainable materials, a modern infrastructure and our far-sighted life cycle management, we close the circle and thus make our contribution to a better future.

Life cycle management
With our sustainable “all in one package”, we support your in your life cycle management. For example, we provide you with a pre-packaged cold chain container just in time, at 5 or 20°C.

Recycling
- All our components are 100% recyclable and are sourced in Switzerland or the EU
- Our EPP RE contains up to 30% recycled content from disused particle foam components
- This leads to a 12% reduction in CO2 emissions in production compared to EPP without recycled content CO2
- We provide worldwide collection points for old EPP and EPS material
- We organise the cleaning, crushing and return of old materials as recycled material in the raw materials for new products
