As a Swiss SME with its own production operations, we adopt a flexible and agile approach to implementing customer-specific small and large series. By incorporating additional functions into the component, we significantly extend the possibilities for the customer. With Taracell packaging, countless functions can be flexibly incorporated into the component, such as inserts, cable guides, undercuts, protective foils, seals, etc.

Cables can be incorporated into the workpiece via corresponding ducts

Undercuts allow components to be assembled with an interlocking fit

The backfoaming of inserts can easily be incorporated in the tool

LEDs can be fastened to the component

Seals are mounted in the final assembly process in Künten
Surface treatment
Visually high-quality surfaces can be created using a range of processes, for example laser-engraving
Assembly of components
Components such as loudspeakers are installed in the final assembly process
Wrapping
Surfaces can be given high-quality coated finish
